Abstract
It is an admitted fact that the divine commandments
change with the change of time, place, custom and habits. Due
to the ignorance of this fact, people face a lot of difficulties in
the enforcement of these commandments. Sometimes, Islamic
Sharia is blamed and called autocratic, hard to follow or act
upon, which is totally against the true spirit of Islam, because
the foundation of Islam is based on the betterment of this world
and the Hereafter. Therefore every command which is based on
cruelty instead of justice, harshness instead of facility and
damage instead of renovate, can never become the command of
.Islamic Sharia
The Holy Prophet (SWA) had taken too much wisdom in
the enforcement of religious commandments, with regard to
place, time as well as changing circumstances. In this article
some important religious rulings in contemporary time, like the
relaxation in religious worships/devotions due to Corona Virus;
the issue of Roiat-e-Hilal (Moon Sighting), Second Marriage in
the presence of a wife etc. have been discussed in the light of
