Laryngeal foreign body aspiration in children may present immediately to emergency care or present later to pediatric team with non-specific respiratory symptoms. We report a case of a two year old girl presenting with two weeks history of hoarseness and wheezing. She was initially treated as asthma by pediatrician. Flexible laryngoscopy revealed papillomatous lesion arising from posterior commissure of similar appearance to that of laryngeal Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis (RRP). Examination under anesthesia and direct laryngoscopy performed showed granulation tissue arising from posterior commissure covering triangular-shaped cartilage.
