Abstract
A 40-year-old female patient underwent augmentation mammoplasty under general anesthesia. An abrupt elevation of airway pressure and significant hypotension were developed during the operation. We identified bilateral tension pneumothorax and emergent chest tubes were inserted therefore. The patient improved after the placement of two chest tubes, which were removed without further problem 8 days postoperative.
