Abstract
There exist different methods and styles in every fiqhi school of thought to seek/derive the Ahkam-e-shre'ah from the basic and secondry sources of Islamic Fiqh. Through a research analysis of "Jame Tirmzi" it is evident that, Imam Tirmzi has also introduced his school of thought and collected some fiqhi sources to extract / derive Deeni commands / Ahkam-e-shre'ah. The discription of all these sources (Ahadees,Aasar-e-sahaba,Tab'een and Taba tab'een, Amal and Fatwa-e-sahabi, Ijma-e-ummat,
Ta'amul-e-Fuqha-e-ummat, Aqwaal-e-fuqha-e-ummat), the methodology and style of Imam Sahab for
their collection is under considerations/discussion here.
