Abstract
Investigation of change in 8th grade students’ beliefs about mathematics in Punjab through the intervention of collaborative teaching (CT) was the main purpose of the study. Semistructured interviews were conducted at the start, middle, and end of intervention. The researchers developed an interview protocol and validated it through expert opinion and piloting. The data were analyzed using descriptive coding, percentages and line graph. A clear positive shift was found in the beliefs of students occurred about mathematics in collaborative settings of teaching.
