Abstract
act This article is about the unrivaled and ingenious Arabic linguist Aboul-fatah Uthman bin Jinni. He was innovator of many linguistic thoughts. He accomplished in the structure of Arabic language and its jurisprudence. He also achieved perfection in Islamic Studies, Philosophy and in elm-ul-kalam, but he made his identity in the field of Arabic phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics. He introduced new linguistic views and thoughts in Arabic language and wrote them in his precious books. He invented many terms from Islamic jurisprudence and used them in linguistics. He was the first who used doctrinal terms in Linguistics and did it skillfully and brilliantly. Kitabuul Khasais is the most famous book by Ibn-e- Jinni. He described philology and philosophy of Arabic language in this book. He opened new doors in Arabic language and its proceedings. He also discussed the structure of language, its jurisprudence and origins.
