Abstract
Mulla Mobeen Farangi Mahalli and his commentary Khazain
Ush shurooh on mosallam us sabut
Khazain ush shurooh is the valuable commentary of Mosallam us
sabut, which is considered an important content of legal literature prepared
in subcontinent. Its commentator is a great and unparralled scholar of the
learned family of Nizam ud din, founder of Dars e Nizami.Due to his
Knowledge impressions, khazain ush shurooh is an admirable one owing
to its several trits.its stayle is simple and learned. its language is common
and clear .A successful effort has been made so that no aspect of the
content should remain immature. A successful effort has also been made
to describe the many regardfull points of the other Islamic disciplines. With
reference to this, this commentary has become not only an Islamic
jurisprudence book but also a comprehensive book of fiqa ,logic,
philosophy and kalam. In this essay an effort has been made to present a
comprehensive introduction of Khazain ush Shurooh.
