The current education system is lacking in the field of training and practical education.The aim of the study was to make the masses aware about the importance of training and education according to the teaching of Islam. For this purpose data was collected from the relevant verses of the Holy Quran and Hadith Islamic and other books. According to the study it was found out that training may not be over looked and may be taken in to consideration in all walks of life. It is suggested that apart from knowledge education and training must be promulgated for the overall development of an individual.
