Abstract
Prem chand is the avanguard short story writer of urdu, who has written against
the states dominance. In his first short story, He propagated patriotism against
the British Rule because of this, his first collection of short stories "Soz
-e-Watan" was confiscated, so Prem Chand is first short story writer who raised
his voice against neo-colonialism. Prem Chand's short stories reflect
Socio-Political conditions of British India and he unfold the state dominance
and tectics of neo-colonialism. Author of the article analyzed the first Banned
