Abstract
The Muslim rule established in Kashmir during a period of turmoil in Kashmīr. Numbers
of adventurers are reported to have created anarchy in the valley. The current paper tries
to uncover the haze from the emergence of Muslim rule and the personality of Shāh Mīr.
