This article deals with the rulings for Robbery
sentence in past and present penalty provisions. In
this article the meaning of Haraba and its
conditions of implementatio have been highlighted
with referecene to the opinions of Islamic jurists.
Moreover some aspects have been pointed out that
differentiate between the past and present
provisions.
