Islam Islam provides a balanced and
comprehensive guideline for family life in which
Nikah has a primitive role. Nikah is more than a
contract and is a form of worship. Sometimes it
becomes inevitable to withdraw this contract and
get separation .In such circumstances Islam gives
instructions to tackle the issue positively. In this
article the meaning, kinds and various features of
