The agriculture has been a profession
from the pre historic period. The man has been
needy to adopt this profession for the protection
of his survival. Before the emergence of Islam
the people of ignorance age used to practice
many contracts in the field of agriculture. Some
forms of these contracts were lawful, while the
rest were unlawful.
In this article we have tried to mention
the various types of contracts practiced in the
days of ignorance, moreover a critical review
has also been mentioned.
