Shariat has got two type of cammonds.
One is that which one basic and fundamental
related to beliefs are provide guidance to every
aspect of practical life e.g belief or provide
guidance belief in dooms day, torment of grave,
the existence of the angels, prayer, fasting, Hajj
and obligation of Zakat furmicacion drinking of
liquar, usury and prohibitiong of gambling,
stimulentent of marraige agreement, commands
regarding character etc.Boundries of deen, and
the crossing of these boundries means the
crossing of Allah's commands boundries and
their denial is the repudeation of deen itself
which is infidelity anbd heathenism and there is
no chance for the people t differ, if a person is
sincere in seeking will of Allah, and abstain
himself from things which have been prohibited
by Allah and he is not the slare of his desires and
self. Differences in these matter and reluctance
to follow the majority of Muslims in this ragard
is not a mistake but a blunder and distraction.
The others are the secondry orders which
have been derived from the basic commands.In
these orders the imams have differed with on
another. Due to differences in these matters
Ummah got uncountable benifits, Islamic
knowledge got developed and the best model of
inquiry and research and arguement and
discussion were discovered, but the non muslim
called these different ways of thinking of Islamic jurisprudance which a blessing, sectrianism, and
the simple and unaware muslim were ashamed of
this blame.
Although no war, fighting took place
among muslims due to different ways of thinking,
but the followers of these four imams loved one
another.In this article we have tried to bring
forth the difference between the disagreement
and conflict in detail.
