There were several responsibilities of the
Holy Prophet. To enforce the system of
Administration of Justice on the principles of the
Divine Revelations was one of them. The Holy
Prophet has issued detailed orders about the
Administrations of Justice and above all , He
practically managed its enforcement. Later on,
the four Orthodox Caliphs also followed in the
Holy Prophet’s footsteps and they also
strengthened the system of Administration of
Justice in such a way that even the non Muslim
nations gave the evidence of its greatness.
In purposes of the Islamic Jurisprudence,
security and safety of property and wealth
occupies an essential status. In reference to
security and safety of property and wealth and
eradication of the incidents of theft, the decisions
of the Holy Prophet are historical documents. In
light of those great decisions, the recent judicial
system can be enforced on better lines.
Hence an authentic and detailed
evaluation of those great decisions is mentioned
here below.
