Islam is the religion having full life instructions for all human
beings in all ages. It has given some orders when a person is alive and
some others for life after death. Inheritance is the main concern after
death. Islam has the nature to act according to the human psyche and
requirements and has ensured justice in every aspect.
This nature is reflected also in the Islamic law of inheritance. Although
west is continuously criticizing Islam for having cruel inclination
towards females in different rights, the same they have for inheritance
but this criticism is fully based on ignorance and knowledge. .Islam has
given due representation to females in different fields. They are given
right of inheritance and put no responsibility over them. In the fourth
coming article an attempt is made to clarify the nature of the issue that
females have the right in inheritance as like males. Their shares vary
according to the conditions. They get equal, more or less than their
equal males in the inheritance in different situations. In the situations they
get less than their equal males are based on so many reasons which are
discussed in this article in research manner.
