Allah Almighty created man among the most superior creatures. So that he as may
conquer the universe with his peculiar abilities. The first and for most purpose to conquer
universe is that the understanding about its secrets can be obtained. Hence different people
observed and analyzed to conquer the universe, resultantly different types of knowledge is
produced which not only introduced by the scholars but also devised their usage and practical
method for positive consultation. Dr Mahmood Ahmad Ghazi is one among these scholars, who
absorbed all knowledge, in his educational thought particularly earned name and fame in
Islamic knowledge and made this easy comprehensive and beneficial for all the Muslims. His
thought has covered all fields of man’s life. Although its link is between civilization and culture,
economy and sociology and politics. In this thought which is in shape of his writing
(Books)before us, he has heighted the ideal way of life in Islamic system. It can be helpful in
correcting the modern system of life. In this article we have narrated in detail Ghazi’s idea of
state and politics as well as its configuration, importance and today how can it be implemented
and beneficial is also explained. So that by over renewing the aspects of administration and state
organization, these can be improved.
