Islam is a perfect code of life that guides the man in every field of life.
Media is also one of the important field of our modern society that play great role in
effecting and formatting all other fields of the society. So, it is utmost necessary to build
up the field of media on Islamic basis. Due to the lack of Islamic basis and
nonpracticing the Islamic rules and regulations in the field of media, our society is
suffering with different kinds of social evils and ethical problems. That’s why it becomes
necessary to search and point out the Islamic rules and regulations for the media and
mentions its role in the light of Islamic teachings. So that it may play its positive role
in the construction and reformation of Islamic society in the context of modern
challenges and requirements. that’s the main cause of writing this paper.
