The main purpose of this study is to investigate the mutual relationship between the
sacred Book, Al-Quran and the Muslims in general and particularly the youth in order to seek
out the extent of connectivity and affiliation through recitation, understanding and practicing on
rulings given to the humanity. The study conducted comprises of respondents irrespective of
geographic differences and gender biasness but consideration of the age limit along with
selection of specific degree awarding institution which is Kohat University of Science &
Technology based on strong grounds for choosing as a sample institute like its location
connecting the gateways of three southern districts. The study focal respondents are BS students
of different departments of the said University.
It is pertinent to mention that questionnaire is used as a data collection tool for conducting
this research work. Data has been collected from 149 respondents of different departments in
which 76 students are males and 73 students are females. Statistical tools quantification is used
for the analyzing of the data. Data is clearly put into the tables, properly arranged and full filled
all the prerequisite steps to get the results.
The study highlight the understanding level of Quran of Muslim youth creating the sense to
be get inclination to our sacred book, not only to recite, understand but ought to practice
accordingly. The overall impression reveals the fact that said work done is the fair addition to
the knowledge with expectation to enhance the sensitivity towards religion and making linkage
with Holy Book. It will also help the readers in future.
