In this Article I present a research about an incident which was narrated by Alsuyuti
about Hazrat Zainab (R.A) from Bible literature (Israeli tradition) and I analysis this Incident in
light of Quran and Sahih Hadith.
Al-Suyuti was born on 3 October 1445 AD (9th century hijri) in Cairo, Egypt. His
Family moved to Asyut in Mamluk Egypt, hence he called AlSuyuti.AlSuyuti was the famouse
Scholar of Islamic History.He worked in Every fieled of Islamic studies .He belons to Shafi
school of thought. He wrote many books about fiqh ,Hadith,Tafseer and sufiism. AlSuyuti was
died on 18 October 1505.
His tafseer Aldurr ul Mansoor is called tafseer bi Almathoor but he coated a lot of
Israeli traditions in this Tafseer which was not correct at others Mufaserin.I present rviayat base
on the Israeli tradion and than I proved from Quran and Sahih Hadith that the Subject of this
Particular Rivayat is not correct.
Imam Al-Suyuti narrated his tafseer on the bases of bible and describe this incident
which give a wrong base to enemies of Islam about the life of prophet (PBUH).I Anlayes his
point of view under the other major tafaseer and books of Hadith and prove that his point of view
is not right. May Allah Accept my this effort.(Ameen)
