Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the various economic factors which were effect Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflow into Pakistan from 1991 to 2010. In this study the researcher has taken five independent variables which are Gross Domestic Product, Interest Rate, Domestic Investment, Inflation Rate and Tax Rate, and one dependant variable which is Foreign Direct Investment. Data were collected from the annual report of State Bank of Pakistan, Economic Survey of Pakistan, Income Tax law ordinance of 1979 and 2001 and other Publications of the State Bank of Pakistan.
