Abstract
Islam is complete code of life. The importance of marriage for the survival of the family has been highlighted in the Holy Shari'ah, which is the last link of the heavenly religions, and instead its importance and importance have been highlighted. Sometimes it is half faith, sometimes it has been declared as a continuous tradition of the Holy Prophets and every effort has been made to maintain this relationship in the weight of men so that the human race can develop in the best possible way. There is a combination of contradictions, so it is natural for a couple to have inconsistencies. Islamic law, which is the great advocate of reforming society, has prescribed "divorce" in order to break this ugly, strong bond between men and women, so that this inconsistency created in a single family can affect the whole society.
