Abstract
As regard to the concern of Islam, it has awarded most perfect and balanced rights to both women and men according to their build and structure and has determined the Fraiaz (duties) and Wajibats (important things) with extreme justice, especially for woman, because woman was continuously remained oppressed and unjust from the ancient era. Therefore, Islam has determined the rights of woman according to her nature in extreme justice. In Islamic rules, there is no excessive cultural and traditional rules as similar to the ancient nations nor the deficiency of the moderation civilization, by showing the green garden to the woman made her shelter to shelter less. and want to compel her to knock the door to door, so she can become a toy in the hands of man and can dance of the its signals. However, in Islam, man and woman, being a human has equal status and position and as regard to the concern of performing of Fariaz (duties) and Wajibats (Important things). The circle of deeds of both are separate from each other. Islam has handed over the economical responsibilities and burden of the family to the man according to the decision of the nature and the burden of domestic arrangements handed over to the woman according to her physical built. It is a correct and natural circle of works according the both mental, physical and psychological rights and there no any aspect of insult and disagree for anyone, because man himself is a complete in his place and nor a woman can perfect human in her place, but a complete personality is in existence with the harmony of the both. Allama Fareed Wajdi writes: "Woman is awarded with such powers which assist her to perform the natural duties and man has awarded with Physical and intellectual powers which is the source to perform his cultural duties, in this way the both sex has equal status and both have equal share in the universe system."
