Abstract
Imagery is the main focus of the word. When we listen a word the image is made
in our mind and we get it through our senses. The word is ful of images and
every one had worked on image. The scientist,scholars and even the poets.
Imagery is one of the fields of linguistics. But the real image is that which give the
real sensation to the man. Words are images and when a poet make the real
image through his modest words the words speak. The same case is of
Dr.Abaseen Yousafzai whose words are the real images of our feelings and
nature as well. This paper will discuss that point of imagery in the poetry of Dr.
Abaseen Yousafzai. The research is based on the published poetry of the
mentioned poet.
