Abstract
The purpose of the present study is to investigate the mediation of organizational culture on the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance. The study is Descriptive in nature. A questionnaire developed for data collection. A sample of 285 teachers was selected through stratified random technique. Data were analyzed through Pearson correlation, Linear Regression and mediation was tested through using PROCESS macro by Hayes (2015). Validity and reliability of the research instrument were also checked.For data normality, KolmogorovSmirnov and Shapiro-Wilk test was also checked.The findings of the study depicted that there is a significant relationship between Knowledge management and organizational performance. The results also suggested that organizational culture acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance.
