Abstract
The current research investigated the relationship between
entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance through moderation
of transformational leadership in the context of Pakistani SMEs. For
this purpose, 193 SMEs were selected from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The
data was collected through a structured questionnaire from the
selected respondents. The study found that entrepreneurial orientation
is positively and significantly related with firm performance (t=13.39,
p<.05). The study also found that transformational leadership
moderates the significant relationship between entrepreneurial
orientation and firm performance. Limitations, managerial
implications and direction for future research are also highlighted.
