Abstract
This research aimed at determining the effects of information
sharing and risk management on the financial performance of
banks in Pakistan. A sample included ten banks top in the
ranking on assets and questionnaires were distributed among
200 managers of different levels. Correlation and regression
analysis is used to determine relationship between information
sharing and risk management on the financial performance. The
results revealed that both information sharing and risk
management has positive effect on the financial performance of
selected banks.
