Abstract
The aim of the present paper is to discuss the influence of Hall current on the flows of second grade fluid. Two illustrative examples have been considered (i) Stokes first problem for heated flat plate (ii) The Raleigh-Stokes problem for a heated edge. Expressions for velocity and temperature distributions are obtained. The results for hydrodynamic fluid can be obtained as the limiting cases
