Abstract
Firaq Ghorakh Pun ¡s an eminent poet of Urdu Ghazal ¡n 20th century Urdu literature. His poetry is the blend of classical and new trends of 20th century. In his early poetry he was influenced by Hindi tradition, which includes civilization, mythology, Hindu religion and Hindi language which changed his poetic thought. His poetry is an amalgamation of Islamic and Hindi culture in a unique way. This article is the critical study of such amalgamation in Firaq’s Ghazal prospective.
