Abstract
Noon Meem Rashid is the gigantic personality of the modern Urdu poem
in the 20th century. He enervates the Urdu poem with many new facts.
His poems have a beautiful blend of thought and matchless art. The
greatness of Rashid's poetry draws upon his distinct, novel and exquisite
use of lexis with stylistic variations. Rashid has used these artistic
attributes in his poetry in his own peculiar manner. His poetry, definitely,
is an amalgam of both art and creativity. His poetry transmits meaning
elaborately and succinctly. This research article will explain the symbolic
aspects of Rashid's poetry.
