Abstract
Dr. Iftikhar Ahmed Siddiquieditedtwo editions of Qulyat-e-Nazm-e-Hali.
Boththese editions got published by Majlis-e-TaraqiAdab in 1968 and1970. Dr.
Iftikhar Ahmad Siddiquihas tried his level best to make one collection of all the
poems of Hali this time. By following certain principles in editing, he provided
all the content with expertise. This essay encompasses and in detail argues about
the merits and demerits of this poetic edition by Dr. Iftikhar Ahmad Siddiqui.
