Abstract
In order to capture the revolutionizing movement and show all aspects of
historical, political,and social back ground, many novels, and stories were
written by various writers. The tragic events past partition were captured and
presented in fictionalform by Abdullah Hussainin his novel,UdasNaslen.He
himself translated it in Englishby title The Weary Generation. He presented
feudal lords' condition in villages. He showed the miserable condition and
deterioration of the masses due to poverty in a soul touching manner. He also
presented love and political debatesin his writing. A critical review of his
