Abstract
Akhtar hussain jafery is a great poet of Urdu modern poem. Modern poem is
being continued as from noon meem rashid and meera g. akhtar's stylistics is
very different from his contemporary poets specially in azad poem. Akhtar has
been considered a metaphor of resistance. Most of critics has pointed out
akhtar's resistance against anti-democratic rulers.
in this article I highlighted this particular property of akhtar's poem.. Aaina
khana is his ever impressed book which indicates whole shadow of his work . i
discussed aaina khana's poem in perspective of resistance literature.
