Abstract
This study strives to examine the impact of job satisfaction on the aspects of organizational commitment i.e. affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment. Quantitative research method was used with a sampleof 75 civil engineers of AlHait region of Saudi Arabia. The statisticalfindingsindicatedjob satisfaction has significant and positive impact on affective commitment and normative commitment whileinsignificant on continuous commitment.
