Al-Durr al Manthur fi al- Tafsir al- Ma’thur (The
scattered pearls: A commentary of Qur’an based on
transmitted reports) by Jalal al- Din al-Suyuti (born 1445,
Cairo, Egypt died October 17, 1505, Cairo) is a well
known tafseer of Arabic language in which the Quran has
been elaborate thought Hdith and in the light of the
saying of Sahaba and Tabeen.
Some Hadith mentioned in this tafseer have been
related to Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W). But it has not been
substantiated through research.Therefore it is necessary
to differentiate between real and false statement through
research. In the following article, Soora Baqara verse No.
142 to 286, the false statements have been pointed out. Its
study will be helpful in the real elaboration of the related
part of the Holy Quran.
