Islam is the religion of Mercy. Allah Almighty has established a system which is based
on justice. If this system is followed, this world will become heaven for the human beings.
Allah Almighty Has made special arrangements for deprived persons. The orphan is one of
them. When a child has not his father to take care of him, it is not meant that he is neglected
and left alone in the society. The orphan's blood relations are bound to meet his financial and
social issues. For this purpose Islam has appointed his close relations for its guardianship and
that guardian will be bound to attend his matters. If the orphan has no relatives to be
appointed as his guardian, the state will be its guardian. It will be the responsibility of the
state to look after its financial and social matters. In this article all these issues are discussed
in detail, it will make clear that Islam gives special importance to the deprived persons than
others.
