تلخیص
Allah (SWT) has sent the prophets for the propagation of Deen and thus completetdDeen
through the last Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). Due to that he announced on the occasion of
Last Sermon on the Mount of Arafat, that he has conveyed the message of Allah to the
muslims, then they have to communicate it to others. He (PBUH) also scared his Ummah
from creating any sort if innovations in Deen, as he said,” Avoid creating innovations, since
it is the worst thing, and every innovation is misguidance.”
In the modern era we can see many new ideas and things happen, which we cannot find in the
Holy Quraan and Sunnah, about its legitimacy. That is why Islamic scholars and
Mujtahideen have tried to find out the solutions of such matters, to act upon the sayings of the
Holy prophet (PBUH):” The one who innovated a good thing in this Ummah will be
rewarded for his deed and those who followed him, their reward will be doubled from the
innovator as well”. And he (PBUH) said:” the matter which believers considered better is
better in the sight of Allah”. In spite of that there is a huge difference among the Islamic
scholars about many new situations, whether it is Bidaat, which is a great sin or Masalih e
Mursalah, which is allowed to be acted upon. There was a need of finding the solution of this
matter, whether the new occurred is Bidaat or MasaliheMursala, along with its examples.
