Allah Almighty, while determining His rights for the
benefit of humanity, also guided them towards the rights of
worshipers so that a peaceful and prosperous society can be
created through performing these acts.There are many types of
humans rights. From different point of views, such as
personalities, from the palace, value, as well as from the status
in the place itself. There are two types of rights of ablution,
Haqooq e Mujaradah and other rights than Haqooq e
Mujaradah.
Haqooq e Mujaradah has no definite relation with the
place as mention for the proof of the Haqooq e Mujaradah, is
found in the books of the ancient jurists, especially in the
writings of the Hanafi jurists, and its examples are also found
in the phrases of the jurists, such as the right to drink.
Introduction to these parables of “Haq e Muroor”, “Haq e
Tasiel”, “Haq e Taalli”, “Haq e Jawar”, “Haq e Shufa”,
“Haq e Intifa biljidar”, “Haq e Qasm” (Right of wife in turn),
“Haq e Sabaq”, and“HaqTahjir”.This article aims to highlight
these rights of Huqooq e Mujarradah in detail according to the
teachings and views of four jourists.
