Abstract
This paper examines the impact of farm and farmers’ characteristics on repayment of
farm credit user for agricultural growth in D.I.Khan district during 2007-09.A total of 320
respondents were selected by using stratified random sampling technique. For analysis of
data T -Test and ANOVA was used. The result was significant for impact of age,
education, marital status, farm type, farm size, farm status and numbers of times credit
obtained. But regression result showed significant influence of marital status, farm type
and numbers of times credit attained on repayment of farm credit. Collectively all farm
and farmers characteristics used in present study are significantly affecting repayment of
credit.
