تلخیص
Islam has emphasized Muslims to be kind
and soft with Ahl-e-Kitaab more than other
polytheists (Mushrikeen) and allowed them to
have meals and Nikaah with women of ahl e
Kitaab. Although some conditions are there to
have these relations of Muslims with ahl e
Kitaab if fulfilled, there is no objection. In the
recent era, the women of ahl e Kitaab are not the
ideal ahl-e-Kitaab and a part of social
destruction along with some other moral
unlikeness due to some problems and their
attendant circumstances.
The Nikaah of Muslims with women of
ahl e Kitaab, in this period, will result negatively
impact on the Muslim society in different ways.
The negative effects may be upon their children
from ahl-e-Kitaab wives, psychological on behalf
of their wives and on the Muslim society as well.
In this research paper, we will have an
analysis of Nikaah of Muslims with ahl-e-Kitaab
women and its effects on the Muslims society in
this era, particularly in the light of opininon of
Fuqaha of Islam.
