Islam is a complete code of life. It has guidance over every aspect
of life including judicial system. Islam has emphasized over justice
(adl) to be maintained in the society. In order to ensure justice,
judges (Qadhi) should not only be eligible/qualified but also be
independent to work according to Shariah.
